About Carolyn
My Love's
Carolyn J. Woodson works with highly motivated, sensitive and caring women who are great at taking care of everyone else and who have been blindsided by an unexpected loss in their lives.
You may be an empty nester, recently widowed or retired.
The problem is that when there’s no one to take care of you, you have no idea what your Purpose is. If you aren’t being everything to everybody (your kids, your spouse, your work), who are you anyway?
With over 40 years of working in both western and eastern healing studies as well as spiritual development and her own life experience (see her story below), Carolyn has helped many women just like you to go from feeling lost and blocked...to feeling happy, joyful and excited about their lives.
Her credentials include:
● Certified Executive and Core Energy Coach (International Coach Federation).
A Certified Health & Wellness and Ho'oponopono Coach.
● Certified Grief Recovery Specialist (The Grief Recovery Institute) with training that focuses on understanding Grief and its impact on
over 40 areas of our lives.
●Healer: Certified Reiki Master, Certified Angel of Energy and Chakra Wisdom Healer, Crystal Healer and Integrated Energy Therapist.
Where it all began:
Carolyn’s Story
She is able to have such an incredible impact on her client’s lives because she is not the guru preaching at the top of a mountain spouting theories and philosophical ideas.
Like you, she has experienced deep loss that forced her to choose between
being a victim...or being the hero of her own journey. She
chose the latter and with incredible strength, courage and resilience,
has reinvented herself over and over again.
Among some of the many life challenges and experiences that have
shaped her:
● losing her father at age seven and assuming adult responsibilities far too early in her young life.
●growing up as a child during the Civil Rights era and emerging as
a leader standing for injustice in her small town community.
●being raped at age seventeen and using it as fuel to rise up from
potential shame, embarrassment and self hatred.
●being aware of her heightened sensitivity and intuition and seeing them as beautiful gifts to help others instead of falling into self doubt or isolation.
●health challenges, including chronic anemia, arsenic poisoning and learning how to live with limited energy levels.
● and more.
A Phoenix Rising From the Ashes
Like any exceptional healer, Carolyn used all the life challenges
thrown at her and looked inward without judging or blaming herself or her
perpetrators. She began to understand that healing our
wounds required support and sought out mentors, teachers, and
therapists to help her along the way. Some of the things that assisted her included:
● Buddhism.
● The work of Elaine Aron on Highly Sensitive People (HSP)
● Silence and Mindfulness Meditation.
● Yoga.
● Reiki
● Positive Psychology. And working with the Angelic realm.
During her own healing and self discovery she began to find her health restored, a peace she had not known and wanted others to feel renewed and refreshed in their own lives! Is this you?
● Are you done feeling depressed and directionless?
●Are ready to feel renewed, refreshed and excited about your life
again?
●Are you in it to win it, willing to do whatever it takes to create a life you love?

PRINCIPLES.
Being okay with the unknown and trusting the Universe has your back.
Being curious and asking, "What could I learn about myself from this experience." VS. "There must be something wrong with me."
Being open to being surprised, delighted and challenged to grow in order to serve your Highest Growth vs. you being a victim.
